• Contact details you provide. Your name, phone number, email address and property address when you request a free roof assessment, use our instant estimate tool, or contact us.
• Service information. Details about your roof, appointments, quotes and completed work.
• Technical data. Basic, non-identifying browser and device information collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

• To schedule and perform roof assessments, quotes and rejuvenation treatments.
• To communicate with you about your request by phone, by email, or by SMS text message. We only text you if you have opted in.
• To send occasional promotional offers about our services when you have consented to receive them.
• To meet legal, warranty and record-keeping obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You only receive text messages from Roof Armor if you check the SMS consent box on a form on this website. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Full program details are on our SMS Terms page.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our CRM, scheduling, messaging and mapping platforms), each bound to use it solely on our behalf, or when required by law.

When you use the instant estimate tool, the address you type is sent to our estimate service, RoofQuote (operated by Osprey Solutions), to measure the roof.

This website does not sell browsing data. It uses these tools to see how people find us and use the site:

• Google Analytics. Counts visits, pages viewed, the device and browser type, and actions like submitting a form or tapping a phone number. Google sets cookies to do this. Google's Privacy Policy explains how Google uses this data.
• Microsoft Clarity. Records how visitors scroll, click and move through our pages (heatmaps and session replays) so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Clarity hides text you type into forms. Microsoft's Privacy Statement applies.
• Visit source tracking. A script run for us by Osprey Solutions, our marketing provider, stores a random visitor ID in your browser and notes how you reached the site (for example a search, an ad or a link) and which pages you viewed. If you send us a form, that information is attached to your request so we can see which of our marketing is working. It is not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
• Google reCAPTCHA. Blocks spam on our forms. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and send information about your browser and device to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Google Analytics, Clarity and the visit source tracking do not run. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide services, honor warranties and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
